- Requests must be submitted via the form on the right.
- Special consideration to organizations supporting the needs of children and individuals with disabilities.
- Organizations should limit their requests to 1 per year so we may serve the greatest population possible.
- We do not provide cash donations.
- Please understand that submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. While every request we receive may be worthy, we cannot honor them all. If you do not receive a response from us, we cannot honor your request.
