Special Note to Parents of Children in Lessons:

Skiing and Snowboarding are life long sports fun for the whole family, that promote healthy life styles and outdoor recreation.
For a positive, safe and warm experience, your child will need the following items:

  • Waterproof pants
  • Jacket or Coat
  • Warm mittens or gloves
  • Eye protection: sun glasses or goggles
  • A warm hat or helmet
  • Scarf or neck gaiter
  • Non-ribbed long socks
  • An extra under layer of clothing
  • Extra long socks

What to avoid:

  • Cotton pants, gloves, socks and under layers. These absorb moisture.
  • Too small or too large clothes, gloves and hats. These can be uncomfortable and cumbersome.

Extra things:

  • Make sure your child eats before lessons to keep their energy up.
  • Hand warmers or toe warmers are nice to have on hand in case children get cold.

Follow this advice and you will be setting your child up for a day of success that will ignite a passion for the love of the sport!
